Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what data the VPNFP cross-border network acceleration service collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how users can request deletion. By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms described here.
What Data Is Collected
This service collects only the data it needs, within the following scope:
- Account information: Registration requires only a username and a password — no email address needed. Passwords are stored as hashes; the system never keeps plaintext passwords.
- Order records: Records of plan purchases, data pack purchases, and prorated charges for mid-term upgrades. These records are used to verify service status, process "60-day no-questions-asked refund" requests, and support in-account lookups.
- Visit statistics: Aggregated visit statistics for website pages (such as page view counts), not linked to any individual account and not used to identify specific users.
Beyond these three categories, this service does not ask users for any other personal information.
No-Logs Stance
This service does not log which websites users visit through the acceleration routes, does not record browsing content, and does not record users' DNS queries. The technical data necessarily generated during route connections is kept only to the minimum required for billing: monthly traffic usage (used to reset the quota on each account's activation day and to check remaining data pack balance) and a status flag indicating whether the route connection succeeded. This data is used solely for billing and service operation, never for any other purpose, and user activity content is never provided to any third party.
Third-Party Handling of Payments
Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the corresponding payment channels: this service's servers never receive or store payment account details, bank card numbers, or payment passwords. The only data the payment channel passes back is the order amount, the payment status, and a transaction reference number used for reconciliation. Refunds are returned through the original payment channel, and processing times depend on that channel.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information and order records are retained until the account is closed. Users can sign in to the user panel at any time and submit a deletion request through the ticket system (User Panel · Tickets), specifying the username of the account to be deleted. Once processed, the account information and order records will be deleted, retaining only the minimal records required by law or financial reconciliation. Billing data such as traffic usage is cleared along with the account.
Policy Updates
If this policy is revised, the changes will be made directly on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. Major changes involving an expanded scope of data collection or adjusted retention practices will be announced via site notices. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current version.
